In 2016, the Westfield Country Club in Westfield Center, Ohio and Hurdzan Golf Design launched a 3 phase project to expand and enhance the North and South courses. Phase 2 will open in the spring of this year, while the owners plan to open Phase 3 in the summer of 2020. As a part of the new course design, Todd’s Enviroscapes Inc. installed a new ECO-SPAN® arch bridge system to replace a smaller bridge near old hole #8. The bridge is comprised of 2- 24’span x 7′ rise ECO-SPAN® arch bridge units. The new bridge is part of a larger reconstruction project that will include a new culvert, 2 sections of retaining wall, and a new pond to the west of the retaining wall. Aesthetic additions to the bridge include columns and bridge facing of mortared blue vein limestone veneer as well as custom powder coated fence with detail.
