Phillip S. Miller Park and Field House
32’ Span x 11’ Rise Arch-Box

Originally designed as a corrugated metal culvert, Turner Construction and Rocky Mountain Excavating worked with JVA Consulting Engineers to provide a major upgrade – an aesthetically pleasing precast concrete arch for the new 48-acre park. The structure carries the park’s drainage channel and a walkway under a bike and pedestrian path.
