Cobb Park Improvements
42″ Span x 11″ Rise Arch Box
As part of a park improvement and expansion project, the City of Fort Worth needed a bridge to carry a new park road over Sycamore Creek. The road alignment was skewed 11 degrees from stream alignment. The 42’ ECO-SPAN® arch was designed to follow the roadway skew and support a stone veneer covering the precast concrete headwalls, wingwalls, and pilasters. The structure is supported by a strip foundations on soil. The new bridge provided the look that the city wanted for their park entrance at an affordable price.
